Quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders for services or accessories are only accepted and binding upon written confirmation by us. We reserve the right to decline any order or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or stock is unavailable.
06Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where indicated. Accessory purchases made through our online shop are processed securely via Stripe. Payment is required at the time of order for shop purchases. For managed service engagements, payment terms are specified in the relevant service agreement or invoice.
07Delivery and Fulfilment
Accessory orders are dispatched to Australian delivery addresses using our nominated carriers. Estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to stock availability or carrier delays. We will provide tracking information where available. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
08Returns and Refunds
Accessory returns are accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described or unfit for its purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
09Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to devices and accessories supplied through us in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. We will facilitate warranty claims on your behalf where possible. Our services are provided with due care and skill, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns promptly.
10Service Engagements
Managed services such as fleet management, MDM and device deployment are governed by a separate service agreement that specifies scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities. These Terms supplement, and do not override, any written service agreement. Where there is any inconsistency, the service agreement prevails for the matters it covers.
11Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
12Third-Party Products and Services
Devices, plans and accessories referenced on this site may be supplied by third-party manufacturers and carriers. Trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
